Playsomething Tune into Ware Football Club

PlaySomething's Jon Blis
Successful Ware based music shop, Playsomething, have recently pledged a 3 year sponsorship deal with local football team Ware FC.With many of the customers that frequently use the shop and the 400 plus students that form part of Playsomething’s music academy, the exposure that music can bring to sport is one that greatly excites shop owner Jon Bliss.

Jon told Ware Online, "As a massive fan of football it is very important that we can help Ware FC bring success off the pitch as well as the good work they do on it. With Playsomething we feel there is an added benefit to our sponsorship as we hope to introduce many more people to the club and also use the ground as a venue for local bands and musicians to apply their trade. There are defiantly synergies between music and sport and I feel that the local area will benefit from our sponsorship".

With Play Something's birthday loomig Jon feels the club has the right facilities and is an ideal venue for future gigs and concerts.

Goalkeeper Anthony Anstead, who has played for Enfield, Borehamwood and Aldershot, added, "For Ware FC it is exciting that Playsomething have sponsored the club. I feel the club is heading in the right direction and to have such a popular local business associated with us will only help in our strive to make the Conference League in the coming seasons. We hope that with the restructuring at the club and the formulation of a board of directors under the new limited company status things can only get stronger".
