Calling all Bands: Rock in the Priory Needs You
Who are these Rockers from the 2005 RitP?
Playsomething and the Ware Town Council are inviting bands to register their interest for the Rock in the Priory showcase event. The best performers are selected for a much-coveted place in the line-up for  the 2013 Rock in The Priory.

Rock in the Priory is Ware’s ever popular one day music festival which takes place on Sunday, 28th July, noon through to 8.00pm.

Competition for a set at Rock in The Priory is always fierce.  To maintain the high standards that are now synomonous with Rock in the Priory, only the best acts from the showcase will be selected to play.

The Showcase takes place over the weekend Friday 26th, Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th April 2013, at Fletcher’s Lea in the grounds of Ware Priory.

To be part of the Showcase, which is by invite only, you need to send your demo by Saturday, 5th April at the latest. References to tracks on Myspace, Facebook or Youtube will not be accepted. CDs only please.

As in previous years, Playsomething and the Ware Town Council are keen to foster and encourage young talent and there will once again be two early slots for the under-16s.  Submissions are also welcome from Acoustic acts.
