Welcome to Ware Festival July 2007
The Seventh Ware Festival approaches and once again we can look forward to four fun filled July weekends.
'WaterWorld' is the theme for 2007, so there will no doubt be everything from pirates to prawns in the Carnival Parade.
The Ware Festival begins with the carnival weekend and ends with The infamous Rock in the Priory.

Saturday 7th July is Carnival the river parade at 1.00pm followed by the Town Parade at 1.20pm; Canal Boat Project. Sunday 8th July; Sunday teas at 12 Presdales Drive; Summer Concert with Ware Brass plus much more. See Programme for full details.
Action Weekend: Friday 13th-Sunday 15th July: Pavement Artists Competition; Open Raft Race; Sacred Heart Church Open day, beating the bounds, Italian Market and much much more. See Programme for full details.
Performance Weekend: Saturday 21st - Sunday 22nd July. Music for a summer evening at Place House; Teddy Bear's Picnic; 24rd Great Duck Race; Quantum Theatre presents ‘Treasure Island’ – see the schedule section.
Festival Farewell: Saturday 28nd & Sunday 29rd July; Beer Festival at Old Bulls Head an Grand Finale with Rock in The Priory.
Ware Festival & Carnival relies on the core of volunteers who form the committee and give their time to plan and organise the town fair and procession and the events. Thanks to all of my committee and to all of the Town council staff who have helped plan the Festival Events.
Please make the hard work and effort worth while by attending one or more of the events - there is something for all tastes and age ranges! The Ware Festival Committee look forward to meeting many of you during the Ware Festival Events in July.
