Do all 'continental' markets come from the stated country? It's just that an Italian one came to Ware a while back and we saw the traders (who were Italians) getting out of UK plated white vans! I'm not critising because they are worth a visit, just curious.
The French markets we have in the town are all genuine, travelling over the night before the market and back again after. The Italian market we had a few years ago, I don't believe were genuine, even though that is what they told me. With all their vehicles carrying UK number plates, and one vane saying "Get your fruit & veg from Covent Garden", I had ny suspicions!!! That is why I haven't invited them back.
Unfortunately, even with Chrissies help we can't bring you a French Market at the end of April. The original one now has another booking and others I have tried are all booked. Not surprising as it is a Bank Holiday.
However I am trying to get another Farmers Market set up for that weekend and will keep you informed.
