Has the community use land at Trinity been built on yet?
The clause Craig quotes seems to be suggesting that if they were allowed to build the houses first then the community facility would never happen - cynics!!
The land has been built on already - it was part of the "swap" tied in with the deal for the development of Musley School by the Emmanuel Church.
Whether the development of Trinity would ever have got the go ahead without the community centre is another question.
It is unclear from the above article if the money involved includes S106 agreements imposed by the District Council (who handle most of the planning applications in the area) or whether the money is just for those agreements imposed on planning approvals granted by the County Council.
