Yes but the pot holes along the road are so deep I fell in one and now the council are claiming me as in-fill!

Seriously.....Post EHDC decision to approve the application Asda, HCC, EHDC, Highways etc have been in discussions over the S106 agreement (the amount Asda will pay for road improvements, bus routes, fountains in Tudor Square etc).
There have been several reports that Asda are trying to wriggle out of many of their assurances / commitments they gave to Cintel Residents and Councillors over the amount they will pay e.g. for safety improvements along Parks Road, Fanshawe Crescent, plus the comittment to have built the residential aspect of the site before the store opens. There has even been rumours they are attempting to submit a variation to the application to enable them to open 24h (no surprise there!)
Once the S106 agreement has been signed, there is a 3 month window where a judicial challenge can take place - but only one of the other supermarkets would be able to afford to do this.

Once that period is over they are free to trash Ware!
