Phew, rather than all those options...
The Dakota was ZA947, C-47A, from the BBMF. |

| Went to Duxford museum today with the kids. Nearly choked at the 17 quid entrance fee per adult but worth the money. They have got some serious kit there, planes and tanks etc |

Excellent idea TESCO. They had a similar offer last year, but the order process was very complicated (I think you had to specify the date you wanted the voucher for and I could not predict this due to work). Anyway, the days out vouchers are valid for six months. I have just ordered vouchers for the Churchill Rooms, HMS Belfast and the Tower of London.
The offer ends today, by the way. |

Though don't forget the Greater Anglia 2for1 offers which are great. Or pick up a booklet from the station.
Even better if your kids have Blue Peter badges too - a whole family for the price of a single adult!
We've used these quite a lot... |

The Battle of Britain Lancaster is due to drop poppies at this afternoons dedication on the Bomber Command memorial in Green Park. Not sure of the timing ( about 5.30 ish I think) so it may pass Ware on its way back to Coningsby. Worht a look and listen out. |
