That's exactly the speculation that the police are requesting not to happen.
Please refrain.

The lack of capitalisation suggests the question may refer to the time of year.

Half of the comments on these forums are speculation. Until the facts are known people are bound to speculate. Where is the harm?

Good luck with asking people not to speculate on here, the amount of stuff people hear from a mate of a mate's sister which within seconds becomes fact is legendary. And that.... is the beauty of our glorious curtain twitching salacious gossip ridden daily mail reading country. Most of it nonsense and hysterical ranting but we all lap it up so lets all make light of it with more speculating please, the wilder the better. Training pet spiders to work as drug mules, a master of disguise with many different identities and personas (and a fine collection of moustaches naturally) or an international money launderer with a vast cocaine and stripper habit. That should get you started..... Seriously though, knowing nothing about it people will just make things up, as we will no doubt see in the Mercury this Friday. If we can start every response with "I heard from a reliable source close to the situation" that would be marvellous.

A 29 year old man was arrested on suspicion of impersonating a police officer, theft and kidnap after police swooped on Crib Street in Ware on Thursday. The man has since been released on police bail while inquiries continue.

Then - Ellis James Ward, 29, of no fixed abode, appeared at Salisbury Magistrates court on Tuesday charged with five fraud offences and was remanded in custody.

Sorry if there are any typos!!

I think he may have accidently locked himself in a cupboard at the back of Spar in an attempt to avoid capture.
