Garage space for historic car wanted

Hi Onliners!

I am looking for garage space for my 1959 Austin A35 car. Do you have space or know anyone who might?

Just covered accommodation required (no gearbox changes etc!) preferably in Ware and happy to negotiate rental terms.

Re: Westmill Landfill

Noticeable odour as far away as High Oak Road this evening - I guess the bacteria must be loving this warm weather! Seriously though, one would think the problem would ease as the cells get gradually filled-up and they move further away from the A10 but obviously not. Anyone know what the life-expec...

Re: Recommend me a Garage.

Had a very good (all the essentials bar plugs) interim service on the 'Silver Shadow' (2008 Vauxhall Meriva) carried out at Autocare - £100 + VAT. Can't complain at that.... Also found Autocare very good for inexpensive, mid-range tyres. Only problem is that you have to pre-order, but considerable s...

Re: Fanshawe closing again!

Not sure I understand the line "Members need to revolt - this is totally unacceptable when our contracts do not allow for any closure except essential maintenance". Do you mean 'do not allow for any refund'? But I do fear for Fanshawe in the hands of the current management; I think they wi...

Perhaps the number of cars on the Vicarage Estate can be put down to the car-owning offspring of existing families who cannot afford to move out of the family unit due to the lack of affordable housing.

Just a thought......

Re: Hertford Regional College - Ware Campus

Martin The principle of a s106 contribution is that the developer pays a sum of money to help mitigate the effects of the development. To say it is a 'bribe' and that it trumps the views of local residents rather suggests to me that you think officers or those on the Planning Committee are corruptib...
