Virgin uses the T-Mobile (the old one to none) service, which has now joined with orange to become ee.
You *should* find you roam seamlessly between the networks now but it's not always quite so transparent.

O2 have a mast out in the ware area so it is patchy at best depending on how well you can connect to the next nearest tower (There is an amount of overlap, just not huge).

REG, if you can save the pic as a jpg it should drop in size by a substantial amount. Open up in your favoured package you use to save files, and there should be a save as... option.
