Its often a case of looking for a different location but that may involve a 20 or 30 second walk. If its a trade van doing work then having tools close by maybe a valid reason but even so the pavement should be clear and the van should have been in the road. Pushing the pushchair along High Oak today and saw this van.
Had left a 1ft or so gap.
Leaving me to go round in the road.
