Re: Blocking the pavement with your van
This is happening around Ware all the time, many drivers just don't care about pedestrian access. Is there anything that can be done about it. Sometime ago the policer carried out Operation Pram and things did improve for a short time. Chief Inspector MacDonald has now gone from here but could the p...

Local Markets
So our local town councils in Ware and Hertford are allegedly not prepared to take on the responsibility for our local markets, with only Bishops Stortford agreeing to this. Our town markets have been allowed to decline in recent years largely due to lack of publicity and high rents but there is sure...

Re: Street Life - Tudor Sq
Tables and chairs in Tudor Square can add to the local atmosphere and I am in favour but lets be sensible abut it. Re: Old Cinema
How can anyone believe the purchasers of these flats will not have cars even if they are commuters. Of course they will and probably will be stuck in the road all week and used only at weekends, as has happened elsewhere!

Ware - Happy New Year.
Wot! No active topics - lets make one. A Happy New Year to all residents in our lovely town, one of the best places to live in the UK. Lets just stop this insane new proposal for 1500 new houses, we just can't cope with it. Is there any way we can persuade some of the drivers of the unending traffic...

Proposed new Bishops Stortford park
So it is proposed that two million pounds is to be spent on a new park in Bishops Stortford, looks good but surely it is about time some of the wealth of this area is spent on facilities in Ware and Hertford. There is more than one town in East Herts!

Does anyone know why the cash machines at Ware and Hertford Tescos have been out of action for several weeks please. Also if and when they are going to be available again.
