Great picture of Ware to represent East Herts. What I don't understand in the same feature is the picture of Thaxted to represent Uttlesford. Pretty village, lots goingon - but seriously blighted by Stansted. My cousin who has lived there all his life is desperately trying to get out.
Waitrose
As new supermarkets seem to be the thing in Ware at the moment - has anyone heard the rumour that Waitrose are thinking of now having a store up near Van Hages? A neighbour mentioned this to me this afternoon - and says it comes someone who works for them.

We obviously don't use as much as you, probably smaller family? But we find the one "blue" bin to be more than we need for our plastics, glass and cardboard, and much more convenient. We kept the original green paper box - the new "inner" box doesn't seem to be very big. Our neighbours with 3 childr...

Thaks for the link mb1 - interesting that our MP makes no mention of this half of his consituency but the Harlow MP, Robert Halfor, wonders When his consituents will get the benefits that the people in Ware now have! When he quotes ticket office often closed, no toilets, not much cover in bad weathe...
