Its definately happening. They've got notices on the counter explaining that all accounts etc are to be transferred to Hertford Branch.

Just gone passed the vacant shop on the corner of the new Sainsbury development and noticed that its going to be an Estate Agents.
This is excellent news as you can never have enough choice if you want to market your home.

What with the Maltings building being saved from sale & redevelopment, do people think that the lease for Waggers may again become available? It would be a shame to see it sit empty especially with all the new building going on in the area, I'm sure someone could make a go of it. Have you been ...

What with the Maltings building being saved from sale & redevelopment, do people think that the lease for Waggers may again become available?
It would be a shame to see it sit empty especially with all the new building going on in the area, I'm sure someone could make a go of it.
