Yes its not difficult here.
https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
Last day to do it today.
But it will still ensure thousands won't realise they had to till its too late.
They will just assume they are still registered at their "home" address as they always used to be.

Re: Local Elections
Well younger votes have been even further rigged by the changes to Student voting. Previously Students could remain registered to their normal home address re voting. But this government changed it so they are removed from their "home" address and have to register at their uni address. See...

Re: Local Elections
I shall be in the UK when NZ goes to the polls and we shall be voting from the UK, we choose not to take part in UK elections as we no longer liver there. Interestingly in Aussie its illegal not to vote but I believe there's an abstention on the paper, from what I have been told its enforced too. A...

Re: Plasterer recommendations needed
Following the advice on here we used Steve Baker MOB : 07799268716 to plaster our loft conversion.
Job turned out to be more complicated than we'd originally expected but Steve sorted it all out for a good price and did a really 1st class job. The plastering is really smooth and great.

Re: Refuse Site Xmas Hours
I added that it was closed on the 1st to clarify the original post that stated "Sunday (New Year's Day) 8am–4pm Hours might differ" Which implied it was open. In the hope that it would save others having to drive up to confirm the position. Can't see why confirmation of the dates couldn't ...

Used Toner Cartridges
Anyone collecting used toner cartridges?
Got 8 or 10 of them to get rid of if anyone wants them.

Re: Goodbye "Abellio", hello (again) "Greater Anglia"
No the burning question is what will all the new signage and livery look like (and cost rail users) and how much profit can they squeeze out of it in the time they have.

Re: The Green Kingsway Green grocers closing
We go to Pearces every now and then but it seems awfully expensive considering you go to them to buy. They have no distribution costs unlike the shops and stalls.
Good stuff granted but I'd guess a lucrative business. I'll stick to the stalls locally when I can.
