The home game winning run continues after beating Westcombe Park who have won five out their last six games, it started well for Hertford with two early penalties putting them 6 - 0 in front with Westcombe missing penalties halftime came up without further scores. The second half was to be quite different from the first, Hertford added three points with another penalty then Westcombe also scored from a penalty followed by a converted try to them a one point lead at 9 - 10 then another penalty for Westcombe with just ten minutes to go and Hertford trailing by four points. In the final throws of the game Hertford touch the ball down for five points and with that not being converted a final score of 14 - 13 to Hertford, this keeps them at seventh place in the league.
