Re: Mark Prisk Speaks in Commons on West Anglia Line
Not much to give cause for optimism any time in the immediate future is there? Expansion at south end of Lee Valley etc all lovely ideas but frankly just basic customer service and information from Greater Anglia, ticket machines that work and head office staff with the ability to think on their feet when a problem occurs (and not make it worse) would solve a lot of problems. Anyone who travels on this miserable excuse for a train line know it's often the little things that raise tempers to boiling point like lack of station announcements at Liverpool Street when delays occur or not telling passengers that the Victoria Line isn't running until after they've got off the overground - just laziness and lack of initiative.
