So the brilliant enterprising local bus operator, Trustybus will once again step into the breach with their new 424 service between Hertford and Harlow from the end of the month when the present 524 ceases, albeit hourly and at different timings.

Thanks for the info Jasmine98. I've looked at the timetables and at least they aren't running at the same time as the 724, as used to happen with the 524 before they went to a half hourly service. However I do note that their last bus back to Ware appears to be at 15.15 - so anyone needing to use it for a hospital appointment etc might want to insist on a morning appointment!

Last bus is actually 17.15.
