Bank Robbery

Lots of police outside Lloyds bank which is cordoned off. Someone said that there was an attempted robbery there.

The Mercury website is reporting a robbery at a pharmacy on the High Street. Confusion reigns!

The Mercury has now changed its story to say that lloyds Bank was indeed the scene of an attempted robbery. It says their reporter is at the scene, with the entrance to the bank cordoned off.

It's a shame the webcam doesn't point the other way so I can watch the action from my office. I also wonder if the camera records should the alledged perps make off in that direction?

We all know that they get the facts from WOL even when they have a reporter on the scene. :roll:
