Anyone else see the Hurricane flying at treetop level yesterday about noon? Superb. Look forward to a summer of these beauties gracing our skies!

Yes! And hopefully, a lot of Ware circling for the Queen's birthday! Must get up to Duxford again this year. Excellent place for adults and kids alike.

Perhaps we should resurrect the old Aircraft over Ware thread, saw this monster a few minutes ago. One for the geeks, the six engined Antonov AN-225

Impressive sight of 3 red arrows passing over Ware yesterday. I was impressed but the kids on the field leapt up and down and waved madly at them.

Anyone else spot the 4 helicopter formation (Merlin, 2xPuma, Chinook) around 12:35 on Saturday, on their way to join the Trooping Of The Colour flypast?
Also, the Dakota was over around 14:50 on Sunday.

Does anyone know the reason for lots of Chinooks passing over today?
