Racially Aggravated Incident in Ware High Street

Post by Steve »

This man needs to be caught. If this is the sort of example he sets his children (assuming they are his own) then this bully probably has form.

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following an incident in Ware.

Between 9pm and 9.30pm on September 12 an altercation occurred at a pedestrian crossing in High Street, involving a man and the passenger of a silver Ford Focus, a 29 year old man. The offender is then alleged to have kicked the car, which was being driven by a 28 year old woman.

The suspect is described as a white man aged approximately 40 years old, 6ft tall and of a stocky build. He was in the company of two children at the time.

PC Alexander Akers is investigating and said: “The altercation involved the offender using racially offensive language to the victim and is therefore being investigated as a racially aggravated public order offence. During the incident of criminal damage to the car, £200 worth of damage was caused.

“I would appeal to anyone who was in the area that night and saw what happened, who may have seen this man and can assist to help identify him or anyone who has any information which would assist the investigation to please contact me.”
