Just spotted this on BBC News Online (source : Halifax quality of life survey 2013).

if we had a faster and higher quality train service into town and better road links to luton and Stansted, we'd have won it.

Great picture of Ware to represent East Herts. What I don't understand in the same feature is the picture of Thaxted to represent Uttlesford. Pretty village, lots goingon - but seriously blighted by Stansted. My cousin who has lived there all his life is desperately trying to get out.
