Is the 395 the worst bus route in Hertfordshire ?

I rarely have a problem with this, there are much worse routes in the area. What exactly is wrong.

I don't use it very often and at times it can be late but it's not bad. Don't forget there are road works in Hertford which will affect the timings.

Dont use it very often, but never had a problem with it.
