Hi,

I have an old wagoon cart wheel attached to our garden wall. All the wood in the outer circle is pretty rotten now and falls away when touched. Is there a local 'person' that could restore it? It's a bit of a niche request I suspect.

As it is only for show I would have thought that anybody that was reasonably competent at woodwork could cut out the rotted wood in sections and replace it with new wood? A job for the average carpenter.
