erm that's 3 trains leaving ware in 60 mins, 7.01, 7.31, 8.01, i can count thank you very much.... i presume your going by dead on the hour i.e. 7 to 8 etc which doesn't make any difference at all.. wasn't this morning though...

Trains at 7.01, 7.31, 8.01: That's exactly the definition of TWO trains an hour.
If anyone thinks that's 3, then what would you say if the trains were at 7.01 and 8.01? One train an hour or two?
ps: The answer is ONE

So, following your logic, a train at 6:00, then 7:00, then 8:00 etc. you would say that that's "2 trains an hour"?
What would then be an example of "1 train an hour"?

I know what everyone is saying and i know 7 to 8 is one hour and 8 to 9 is another hour etc and as the 8.01 is a minute over it's another hour, fully get that and even my wife was saying the same, what i'm trying to say is 7.01 to 8.01 irrespective of different hour periods is 60 minutes and 3 trains leave ware (not inc the stratford one) in a total of 60 mins whether they cross over two different hour periods or not. Totally get what everyone is saying....honest.... ;) i just don't see how they can add more trains when we have enough leaving in the morning

7.03 to 7.04 is the 3rd..... and so on.

how can 1 minute past 7 to 1 minute past 8 be 61 minutes... really...

So, by your logic, if I have a birthday on 1st March 2016 and a birthday on 1st March 2017, then I have two birthdays a year, because 1/3/16 to 1/3/17 is a year, right?
