True, even the Herts Display webcam agrees. (they're investigating)
Dark but relatively safe,
The crime figures in that article are about 50% greater in Hertford/head compared to Ware when I looked some months ago.

I think we are all dreading the next phase of Ware with all the new houses. I fail to see how the infrastructure will cope. It takes ages to get through the town already.
