Thank You , Thank You
I would like to say a big THANKS to the people of Ware and my fellow traders , who supported me in my appeal with regard to my shuttering and signage , some of whom I know travelled down from the North side of town , just to offer support , and to ALL the traders who signed the petition . I was successful on both counts !!!!!!!!!!!..........Yippee.
With regard to the local councillors , who offered nothing but criticism " your signs look cheap and nasty" , I can now ask of them, why did you object to my signage in your meeting last October when they were identical in every way to the signs that were there when it was a framing shop ?
Please remember that this has cost me and the local planning department a lot of time and money (public funds) to go to appeal.
At the end of it all , I have to remind myself that I am a bookmaker by trade, a local man proud of his local business and creating 7 full/part-time jobs, and if it was not for the encouragement of the townfolk , I probably would not have had the will to fight.

Westpark, there is obviously some history behind this that I am unaware of. But I will say congratulations, as I know it can be hard to win a fight if the likes of local councillors are against it.
Sometimes people aren't happy unless they are moaning about something. Out of interest which shop is it?

Kevin Phillips Bong , it was the Ware councillors who objected . I have a file on the list of errors that the East Herts Planners have made , the aggression etc. Oliver Heald MP has been supportive, but as the appeal was going on , no one was allowed to comment . Now I would like several questions answered, the evidence I have is frightening and is available to anyone with an intrest

I have documents from the planning department showing terrible inaccuracies , I will make the evidence available on Wednesday through my companies website, it is the same documentation that got Oliver Heald MP to assist me .
