1.00 pm – 2.00 pm  Adult only Lunchtime Swimming
2.00 pm – 5.45 pm  Open Session (both pools open)

Weekdays - 10.00 am - 12.45pm. & 2.00 pm - 6.45 pm
Adults Only lunchtime swim – 1 - 2 pm daily 

Weekends & Bank Holidays - 10 am - 12.45 p.m. & 2.00 pm - 5.45 pm
Last ticket sold ½ hour before closing

Pools cleared ¼ hour before closing

Important Notice
Children under the age of 8 years will not be admitted unless accompanied by and under the constant supervision of an adult swimming.
Only 2 under 8's per adult.
We recommend that non/weak swimmers wear armbands at all times in or around the pools.
