Local Band Quivering Lip have released a video to accompany their latest release "Ashes", following on from last year's 5 track album "Generation Panic".
The multi-talented duo of Rob & Sammi-Jo Evans made the video themselves, together with producer Martin Lumsden. The track was recorded at The Cream Room in Dane End.
Quivering Lip were formed two years ago when Sammi-Jo and Rob started playing together.
"We got together as a couple a few years ago, and started jamming at home, one thing led to another, we bought a loop pedal that enabled us to create backing tracks, and QL was born", Rob explained.
Describing the background to the song, Rob said: "It's about whatever you get from it. We always make a point of writing quickly and freely. The meanings of all our songs kinda come through organically and subconsciously to us".
Quivering Lip will be playing at Jacoby's and The Quiet Man in Ware as part of the town's annual Ware's The Music event on Saturday 11th May.
The track is available to purchase on the band's Bandcamp page and costs just £1.
