I have often seen the warden in the Bourne, problem is he now has to cover the CPZ as well so I would think one circuit probably takes several hours.

To be fair, on my walks around town, I have never seen him checking car parks but always in the street - ymmv.

In the end the problem is the large lorries which they now use in streets which were never intended to take them - watching a full sized lorry with trailer trying to get up HOR is an experience.
Years ago the council said they would introduce a weight limit but never did and now deny they ever intended to.
Another issue is people who buy cars which are far too big for where they live.

The parking will only get worse when the extra houses along there get built.

If the Llynch lorry was there for the work on the Bourne, it should have been using Kingsway and Baldock street and shouldn't be there at all :(
