Cozens Road proposals

Pleased to see that Ware Town Council are objecting to Riversmead's plans for new flats in Cozens Road. The design looks pretty awful and the way the housing association are treating the tenants of the existing homes is very poor.

Agreed, I found the design is just wrong for the area, completely out of keeping and I was very surprised that a housing association would treat previous tenants in that way as originally they were setup to benefit the community. How things have changed

Planning permission was unanimously refused at last night's Development Management Committee meeting.
